We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to design and deliver fit-for-purpose change experiences across medium to large-scale initiatives within a fast-paced, Agile environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and execute outcome-driven change, learning and communication plans using Suncorp’s Enterprise Change Management framework
- Partner with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and senior stakeholders to ensure people impacts are understood and managed
- Deliver change activities across multiple initiatives, squads or missions (including impact assessments, communications, engagement, learning and reinforcement)
- Develop and deliver learning solutions to address capability gaps
- Create clear, compelling communications that link delivery activities to strategic and customer outcomes
- Build strong relationships across Tribes, Platforms and initiatives to meet delivery targets
- Coach and support SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to embed effective change practices
What we’re looking for:
- Up to 5 years’ experience in project and change management
- Experience working in Agile or continuous delivery environments (preferred)
- Exposure to Insurance and/or Information Technology environments (preferred)
- Advanced communication, presentation and storytelling skills
- Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influence
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering change artefacts
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a solution-focused mindset
- Experience creating engaging, visual change and learning collateral (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)Top of Form
