About the Role

As Product Owner, you lead the delivery of initiatives that enhance claim experiences. Working with a cross‑functional squad, you translate business priorities into actionable outcomes that improve value, compliance, and customer trust. This role contributes to a broader consumer insurance transformation with real‑world impact.

This is a 12-month contract position.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support end‑to‑end delivery of DI Claims, ensuring solutions meet customer needs, regulatory obligations, and business objectives
• Prioritise and manage the squad backlog, balancing value, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity
• Partner with Technology, Risk, and Claims teams to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and release activities that support successful outcomes with our stakeholders
• Provide clear direction to the delivery squad, maintaining focus on agreed goals and customer impact
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, using structured governance and transparent stakeholder communication

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Product Owner or in a delivery role within insurance or financial services, applying agile practices to achieve outcomes
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and acceptance criteria that guide delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners
• Confidence using data, insight, and customer feedback to inform prioritisation and decision‑making
• Familiarity with claims systems or enterprise platforms, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams
