What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of Personal Injury Commercial Claims, ensuring workers receive the right care, support, and entitlements.
- Review medical, rehabilitation, and financial reports to make informed and accurate claim decisions.
- Apply sustainable, cost‑effective strategies while keeping the wellbeing of injured workers at the centre of everything you do.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, providers, and external partners to deliver proactive case management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to injured workers, employers, and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — what matters most is your ability to learn, adapt, and genuinely care.
- Relevant Experience: Ideally in Workers Compensation, claims management, portfolio coordination, or a call‑centre environment. Backgrounds in psychology or allied health are highly regarded.
- Empathy & Communication: You listen deeply, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and care.
- Team Spirit: You enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
- Resilience & Problem‑Solving: You’re confident managing complex information and navigating challenging situations to achieve the best outcomes.
