- Strong stakeholder focus with real influence at executive level
- Sydney or Brisbane location with flexible working
About the Role
This role provides finance partnering within the Consumer portfolio, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and financial leadership. - Support workforce planning and volume‑driven cost management, translating complex data into practical insights for non‑finance stakeholders
- Drive benefit profiling and tracking, keeping the business engaged and accountable for outcomes throughout the year
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process automation
What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience in finance business partnering within a large, complex organisation, with a strong understanding of how large businesses operate
- Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders, including the confidence to respectfully challenge decisions and say no when required
- A solution‑focused mindset, balancing commercial insight with practical recommendations that support delivery
- Experience managing operating expenditure, workforce costs, and benefits tracking in volume‑driven environments
