The purpose of this crucial role is to align strategy, planning and execution across Commercial Claims business unit, coordinating planning, prioritisation and delivery all BAU change initiatives. The role would ensure the right work is prioritised, sequenced, with clear visibility of demand, capacity, dependencies and risks. The role would work alongside Tribe to link in current scope of work to ensure alignment across Commercial Claims work.

What you’ll do:

  • Run integrated planning cycles across Commercial Claims leadership team
  • Maintain a single portfolio view covering all of Commercial Claims
  • Balance demand vs capacity for all change activities
  • Facilitate prioritisation using consistent frameworks
  • Benefits modelling and realisation tracking
  • Support funding discussions

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience within insurance or financial services
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading high performing teams
  • Demonstrated management experience within insurance claims or large-scale operational teams
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims practice, products, underwriting and product design
  • Strong business acumen with strong knowledge of key business drivers that enable accurate budgeting, forecasting, prioritisation and business planning
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills with strong ability to convey, receive, and accurately interpret information.
