About the role
As Platform Integration Manager, you own the end to end integration landscape that supports our Digital Experience Platform. You coordinate delivery across internal platforms and external customer systems, ensuring APIs, content models and front-end rendering work together. You monitor health, manage incidents and drive reusable patterns that keep experiences reliable and scalable.
What you'll do
- Own the full view of upstream and downstream integrations, mapping dependencies so teams can deliver with confidence.
- Plan, deliver and run integrations across internal applications and external customer systems, coordinating timelines and handovers with dependent teams.
- Partner with business, product, architecture, engineering and operations to translate roadmap needs into clear integration outcomes.
- Ensure APIs align to DXP content models, structured data and metadata, and that data renders correctly on the front-end using formats like JSON and XML.
- Lead defect and incident management, triaging issues, troubleshooting and facilitating resolution across multiple teams.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in technology delivery, with proven end to end ownership of platform and system integrations.
- Hands on knowledge of API integration concepts and data exchange formats such as JSON and XML, including integrating content managed platforms to downstream channels.
- Experience in DXP ecosystems, aligning API outputs to content models and metadata to support accurate front-end rendering.
- Strong delivery coordination across internal engineering teams and external customer systems, with clear risk, issue and dependency management.
- Incident and service management experience aligned to ITIL practices, with calm prioritisation and effective escalation when needed.
