About the Role
This onsite Executive IT Support Analyst role delivers hands‑on technology support to employees, Executives and senior leaders based in our Sydney office. You will provide face‑to‑face assistance, support high‑profile meetings and events, and ensure meeting room and collaboration technology operates reliably every day.
This role is based on site in Sydney, five days per week, and suits someone who enjoys visible, people‑focused technology support.
What You’ll Do
- Provide face‑to‑face IT support to employees and senior leaders, in the Walk-Up Support team when required, resolving incidents efficiently and taking ownership through to resolution.
- Support Executives, Executive General Managers and their assistants with day‑to‑day technology needs in a professional and discreet manner.
- Deliver meeting room and event support, including AV and video conferencing setup, testing and live troubleshooting for important meetings.
- Prepare, test and support technology for high‑profile meetings, webcasts and events to ensure a smooth experience.
- Proactively monitor and maintain onsite technology and meeting room equipment to prevent service disruption.
- Work closely with service desk, SmartBar and technical teams to escalate and resolve issues when required.
What You’ll Bring
- At least three years’ experience providing onsite, face‑to‑face IT support in a customer‑facing environment.
- Experience supporting meeting rooms, AV and video conferencing technology in a live office setting.
- Exposure to supporting senior leaders or executives, with an understanding of confidentiality and professional presence.
- Strong technical capability across end‑user devices, collaboration tools, desktop applications and peripherals.
- Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to adapt your approach for different audiences.
- A professional presentation and positive, service‑focused attitude when working onsite with stakeholders.
