Digital Content System Specialist
- Role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
- 12-month Contract

About The Role
As a Content System Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and performing digital content changes through our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and connected applications. You will also drive improvements to internal systems and perform regular optimisation.
Your role will enable you to work closely alongside digital Product Owners and a group of in-house digital experts to embrace new technologies & deliver superior outcomes to customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Insurance Digital team and other digital and technology teams to optimise the Group websites for sales conversion & best customer experience
- Work with stakeholder & partner teams to support timely updates of existing & new content being delivered for the Suncorp website
- Provide advice on the most efficient delivery of website changes so that they are implemented in a cost effective and timely manner
- Share information regarding the status of website requests to ensure that stakeholders are well informed
- Work collaboratively with the members of the Suncorp content management community to share learnings and implement best practices in content management
- Show strong leadership and support to peers to manage workload, share thought leadership & focus on continuous improvement
About You
- Experience or training on the Adobe Experience Manager platform
- Working knowledge or experience with Content Fragment (CF) & Experience Fragments (XF)
- Working knowledge or experience with Adobe Forms
- Working knowledge or experience with the Universal Editor in AEM
- Working knowledge or experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and other Creative Cloud applications
- Experience working to deadlines in complex environments
- Adobe Certification desired
- Have a working knowledge of web technologies HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Sound understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and web best practices
- Experience with QA of web experiences, and new software functionality is desirable
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Lean principles will be highly regarded
