We’re looking for a Salesforce & Genesys Business Product Owner to act as the voice of our business, guiding the evolution of two critical systems that underpin our customer engagement and service delivery.
About the Role
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for the Salesforce CRM and Genesys contact centre platform, ensuring both deliver maximum value to the business. You’ll define features, prioritise initiatives, shape roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements that improve workflows, digital journeys, and customer interactions.
You’ll be at the heart of our digital and operational transformation, partnering with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and platform specialists to drive efficiency, consistency, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Represent business needs across Salesforce and Genesys, engaging stakeholders and facilitating alignment.
- Develop and maintain product backlogs for both platforms, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Agile delivery teams, developers, engineers, and SMEs to ensure work is well defined and delivered successfully.
- Plan and maintain future-focused platform roadmaps, aligned with organisational goals and customer-centric design principles.
- Support delivery and quality assurance activities, including testing, release readiness, and operational handover.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving optimisation, standardisation, and streamlined customer and agent workflows.
About You
- 3–5+ years’ experience in product ownership, business analysis, or platform management, preferably with Salesforce, Genesys, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and Genesys Cloud/Engage capabilities.
- Skilled at translating business needs into actionable user stories and requirements.
- Experienced in Agile delivery environments and able to influence without authority across teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Forward-thinking, able to anticipate emerging platform needs and prioritise effectively.
Desirable: Salesforce or Genesys certifications and tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology, or Information Systems.
