The Opportunity
As a Management Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting three Executive Managers and their wider teams to deliver on key business priorities. You’ll be the organisational anchor — managing competing demands, solving problems before they escalate, and enabling smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide high‑level administrative support while building strong relationships across the organisation and contributing to a positive, high‑performing team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of coordination and administrative tasks, including:
- Managing complex calendars, inboxes, and meeting schedules for multiple leaders
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas, preparation materials, and logistics
- Handling last‑minute changes with professionalism and ease
- Completing monthly credit card and expense reconciliations in line with business standards
- Supporting end‑to‑end recruitment activities such as approvals, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
- Maintaining organisational charts, intranet updates, and team data across systems
- Processing invoices, system access requests, and leave approvals accurately and on time
- Organising team events, workshops, offsites, and engagement activities

- Excellent organisational, planning, and time‑management skills
- Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and confidence navigating multiple systems

- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, with the ability to problem‑solve independently
