About the role
As a Learning Initiatives Advisor, you will design, deliver and continuously improve enterprise learning programs that build critical future capabilities. Working within the Learning and Capability team, you will partner with leaders, employees, and learning providers to deliver high-quality, measurable learning solutions aligned to workforce strategy and business priorities.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver enterprise learning initiatives aligned to adult learning principles, future capability needs, and business strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to scope solutions, align priorities, and ensure learning integrates into broader capability frameworks.
- Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, governance, financial management, risk management, and clear progress reporting.
- Manage learning partners and vendors, ensuring effective onboarding, delivery quality, and strong working relationships.
- Use data, evaluation methods, and feedback loops to measure impact, improve learner experience, and inform future investment decisions.
- Maintain strong governance, documentation, and compliance with internal frameworks and enterprise standards.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end learning initiatives, from design through to delivery and evaluation.
- Practical experience applying Agile, Lean, and human-centred design approaches to develop effective learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence using data, insights, and commercially grounded recommendations.
- Experience working successfully within a distributed workforce and coordinating multiple priorities and timelines.
- Well-developed project management capability, including budget oversight, risk management, and supplier coordination.
