What You’ll Do
- Be a key point of contact for client and intermediated enquiries, ensuring smooth, accurate and timely policy processing
- Contribute to retention and growth strategies by delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Provide clear, confident underwriting and policy advice to colleagues, supporting efficient processing and credit control
- Assist with policy processing and credit control activities as needed
- Support and coach new team members, helping them build capability and confidence as they onboard
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the insurance industry, ideally in commercial or rural insurance with intermediated business exposure
- Familiarity with Solvit and Committ systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid capability in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience coaching or training others
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem‑solving and continuous improvement
