We’re looking for motoring enthusiasts to join our Toowoomba team, working part-time (20 hours across Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), with rostered start times between 9am and 12pm — including double pay on Saturdays after 12pm.

What you’ll do
As a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter, you’ll support customers who care deeply about their vehicles — just like you.
You’ll:
- Handle inbound calls from fellow enthusiasts, providing expert advice with genuine passion
- Help customers find the right cover or update their policy, making the complex simple
- Connect authentically with customers about their vehicles
- Navigate multiple systems to deliver accurate and efficient support
- Work towards achievable performance and quality targets
- Complete 7 weeks of full-time, onsite training to set you up for success

What we can offer you
- Salary: $71,008 (including 12% super)
- Additional earnings: Penalty rates on eligible shifts + performance incentives
- Double pay (100% loading) for hours worked after 12pm on Saturday

Hours & Training
- Shift: Saturday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 20 hours per week - Start window rostered between 9am and 12pm
*Double pay applies for any hours worked after 12pm on Saturdays.
‘Start window’ means your rostered start time may vary within the listed hours. You must be able to fully commit to this shift pattern.
Training:
You’ll complete 7 weeks of full-time onsite training at our Toowoomba office before transitioning to hybrid working (subject to leader discretion).
Work from home requirements
As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must have good quality internet connection, ergonomic set up and a private space.
