About the role
As a Senior Platform Consultant – Unified Experience Platform, you support enterprise‑wide analytics and personalisation capabilities across our digital ecosystem. Partnering with delivery teams and platform leaders, you enable scalable, governed solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud tools. Your work improves customer engagement, experimentation capability, and data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
What you'll do
- Support the design and delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities, including analytics, experimentation, audience segmentation, and real‑time activation across digital journeys.
- Configure and maintain tagging, tracking, and testing solutions that enable accurate measurement, experimentation, and personalised customer experiences.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure Adobe platforms integrate securely and effectively with enterprise systems and data pipelines.
- Apply platform guardrails, governance standards, and privacy requirements to maintain data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to backlog refinement, solution design, and technical delivery aligned to business priorities.
- Monitor platform performance and contribute insights that improve experimentation outcomes, personalisation effectiveness, and customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Extensive hands‑on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics, applying these tools to deliver experimentation, measurement, and optimisation outcomes.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Data Collection, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics in enterprise environments.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable digital platform solutions, including data collection frameworks and audience activation pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, and Adobe I/O, with exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, governed technical solutions within Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Proven experience collaborating with delivery teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver measurable, data‑driven outcomes.
