We’re looking for motoring enthusiasts to join our Toowoomba team in a full-time role (Monday to Friday), with rostered start times between 9am and 11am.

What you’ll do
As a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter, you’ll support customers who care deeply about their vehicles — just like you.
You’ll:
- Handle inbound calls from fellow enthusiasts, providing expert advice with genuine passion
- Help customers find the right cover or update their policy, making the complex simple
- Connect authentically with customers about their vehicles
- Navigate multiple systems to deliver accurate and efficient support
- Work towards achievable performance and quality targets
- Complete 7 weeks of full-time, onsite training to set you up for success
What you’ll bring

- Full commitment to the nominated shift pattern and training period

- Salary: $71,008 (including 12% super)

Hours & Training
- Shift: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week - start window rostered between 9am-11am
‘Start window’ means your rostered start time may vary within the listed hours. You must be able to fully commit to this shift pattern.
Training:
You’ll complete 7 weeks of full-time onsite training at our Toowoomba office before transitioning to hybrid working (subject to leader discretion).
Work from home requirements
As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must have good quality internet connection, ergonomic set up and a private space.
