Claims Consultant - Vero Marine Pleasurecraft

We have an opportunity come up for a Claims Consultant to join our Vero Marine Pleasurecraft claims team. In this role you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience. We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. They will me handling Vero marine claims by delivering efficient, effective and superior services to all Vero Marine stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Effective claims file management: to coordinate and manage claim files
• Identification of loss prevention and risk management: by raising awareness through Senior and Technical Claims Consultants and Underwriters as appropriate
• Promotion and development of effective business relationships with intermediaries and end customers through broker/client visits as appropriate.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve systems and participate in their testing in order to contribute to the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of Vero Marine Claims.

What you will need to succeed:

• Claims experience preferred
• Good level of experience and knowledge in working with computer support systems in an insurance environment including excellent data entry skills
• Excellent communication skills: oral and written.
• Be customer obsessed.
• Prepared to work in a high performing team.
