Project Coordinator (Project Coordination & Governance)

• Support the development and implementation of Pricing & Analytics projects
• 12-month secondment with opportunity for extension 
• Sydney location 

About the role

As the Project Coordinator, you will assist with the development and implementation of Pricing & Analytics initiatives to meet business goals. This role also supports the Price Change Delivery & Governance Manager in meeting group objectives, including coordinating key pricing governance activities, audits, and managing pricing-related incidents. Additionally, you will help increase risk awareness and maturity across teams.

This is an initial 12-month secondment opportunity with opportunity for extension.

What you'll do

• Support the project leads in preparing for and running project stand-ups to track progress using Agile
• Support the coordination of key Pricing Governance activities and audits
• Assist in the development and documentation of project governance framework and follow governance principles in the delivery of pricing initiatives
• Model high level of risk maturity in everyday behaviour
• Coordinate and facilitate workshops/training sessions
• Administrative support and maintenance of team’s Sharepoint site
• Support preparation of project reporting

What you'll bring 

• At least 1+ years' experience in project coordination and/or portfolio/change management
• Experience in one of the best practice methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince 2, PMBOK)
• Previous experience in Insurance is desirable
• Experience with risk and governance is highly regarded
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
