Executive Manager, Insights Platform

The Role:

As the Executive Manager, Insights Platform you will be accountable for defining the strategic vision, direction and performance of the Data Insights Platform.

This role involves defining and prioritising customer focused outcomes and accountability for benefit realisation.

What you’ll do:

• Maintains vision and leads development of Platform roadmaps with defined success measures (i.e. accountable for roadmap). Ensures that Objectives Key Results (QKR’s) are met and action plans in place address gaps
• Accountable for senior stakeholder management in Insurance and Enterprise Technology teams to build increased trust and collaboration amongst teams
• Ensures that change and run initiatives delivered in the Data Insights Platform follow delivery standards and governance to deliver maximum value to Suncorp on time and budget
• Accountable for ensuring that the Platform creates and maintains holistic demand pipelines and prioritises work aligned to the business, tribe and technology priorities using Momentum methodologies and processes
• Supports Product Owners in improving Managed Services support capabilities of platform assets to improve the customer experience
• Acts as escalation point for the Data Insights platform including support of Critical Incidents and High Impact Data Insights
• Accountable for investment decisions and budgets, within defined Platform budget

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Business/Information Technology or equivalent
• Extensive Information Technology experience
• Demonstrated people leadership experience
• Proven experience in project and program management
