About the role

The role of the Product Specialist, Motor Tribe is to collaborate within a team to deliver a world-class customer experience. As a Product Specialist for Claims Experience, you will be responsible for optimising key business-critical assets within the Motor division, such as "Make a Claim," "My Claim Manager," ClaimsCenter, Automation, and AI.

What you'll do

• Lead the planning and execution of initiatives or product areas, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Apply governance frameworks and methodologies to ensure successful design, delivery, and optimisation of assets
• Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement through robust testing and learning
• Deliver initiatives into production with a focus on execution, managing UAT, PVT, and release activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads, using Agile methodologies to achieve business integration and strategic outcomes
• Manage stakeholder relationships, influencing decisions to drive customer, productivity, and risk improvements

What you'll bring 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in project or initiative delivery 
• Experience or exposure in Technology assets across Suncorp
• Strong delivery experience
• Experience in Technology delivery best practices
• Excellent consultation, influencing and negotiation capability
