Finance & Advice have identified an opportunity to redesign shared services, including increased automation, process improvement and optimisation of how these services are performed.
The Program Manager role is required to coordinate and facilitate the operationalisation of a new shared services model in Finance Services. The role will be responsible for applying the appropriate governance to plan, direct and lead all phases of transition and process improvement.
What you’ll do
- Identify, optimise, and execute process improvement activities.
- Take a lead role and be responsible for planning, scheduling, and orchestrating.
- Balance time constraints, scope management, risk management and quality adherence
- Develop effective relationships at all levels.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the most appropriate, cost effective and timely solutions.
- Ability to motivate and improve levels of performance.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement
- Build a history of “delivering” the required business outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Project management certification e.g. AGILE/PMBOK (Optional)
- Change management certification e.g. Prosci (Optional)
- 5-10 years proven experience in leading teams and outcomes.
- 5 years minimum within the financial services industry
- Strong stakeholder management across a range of business functions and processes
- Successful implementation and history of delivering change / process improvement.
- Working as part of a high performing team
