Program Lead

• Support prioritisation, planning and sequencing of delivery for key Home insurance initiatives
• Brisbane, Melbounre or Sydney location
• 12 month Secondment

The Program Lead is responsible for supporting the execution of the Home Insurance Program of work aligned to business strategy and objectives. The role will support the Enablement Manager with end-to-end program support activities, including qualification, prioritisation, planning, sequencing and governance.

What you’ll do: 

• Support oversight of the end-to-end Home Insurance program and associated portfolio of initiatives, including change management oversight
• Responsible for governing the ‘front door’ qualification process for Home Transformation & Enablement (Home Tribe)
• Support the maintenance and communication of program updates, flight plans and associated supporting artefacts
• Responsible for developing and maintaining initiative delivery governance, frameworks and tools for project delivery within Home Transformation & Enablement (Home Tribe)
• Support the maintenance of program financials including updating relevant workbooks, cost allocation and other material as required.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3 years in insurance claims and/or financial services experience
• Minimum 3 years project delivery experience
• Experience in creating business plans/cases, writing SOAPs & preparing briefing material
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in creating and editing using a range of tools including PowerPoint,Excel and SharePoint (desired).
