The Role

As the People & Culture Advisor, you will play a key role in building our workforce of the future, using data to deliver insights that empower our organisation to make informed decisions. This role is perfect for a proactive, analytical thinker who enjoys both detailed analysis and big-picture strategic planning. You’ll play a crucial role in coordinating programs, developing strategic insights, and working closely with stakeholders across the organisation in the areas of Employee Engagement & Strategic Workforce Planning.

What you'll do

• Leverage data to uncover workforce trends, enhance employee engagement, and meet emerging needs that support our business goals.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify risks, opportunities, and trends within our workforce.
• Develop insights that support forecasting, scenario planning, and agile decision-making related to workforce supply, demand, and capability.
• Create clear, compelling narratives and visualisations that make complex data accessible and actionable, providing insights for strategic workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Deliver regular reporting on key insights, progress, and strategic recommendations, coordinating tasks to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and shared understanding of workforce goals.
• Oversee the execution and alignment of Strategic Workforce Planning and Employee Engagement programs, tracking progress and communicating outcomes.
• Support the delivery of workshops, presentations, and discussions to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on workforce planning and engagement data across teams.
• Work with HR and business units to identify challenges, co-create solutions, and drive initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.

What you'll bring

• A passion for turning data into meaningful insights and a knack for strategic thinking.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in program or project coordination
• OD or HR experience is beneficial, but not required.
