About the role:
The role of Consumer Portfolio Leader is to identify opportunities and drive change across the product portfolio.
What you'll do:
- Analyse the portfolio performance across all channels to identify opportunities to optimise portfolio profit and loss performance
- Evaluate the performance of product/pricing/marketing/claims initiatives to determine impact and recommend appropriate solutions
- Conduct regular investigation of the portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends and develop appropriate solutions.
- Lead and develop others ability to draw insights and connect underlying story to the data
- Actively motivate, develop, coach and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing team
- Produce consumer portfolio information and analysis servicing both internal and external stakeholders such as Regulators, Reinsurers and the ATO.
What you'll bring:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and customer centric approach
- Ability to initiate and manage changes
- Knowledge of key financial processes and performance metrics
- A passion for people development and leadership
- Insurance product knowledge preferred.
