We have two exciting opportunities, ones a full time permanent role and the other is a 4 month Fixed Term role.
This is a dynamic inbound contact centre role where you will support our key partners and their customers. In this role you will be empowered to provide solutions that ensure an outstanding service experience. We are looking for candidates that can provide a high level of empathy and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
In a 37.5 hour working week you would be placed on a set shift, 7.5 hours per day Monday-Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide market leading customer solutions for Business Property claims across all classes of Business claims.
- Manage customer relationships, interactions, and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery of the service promise
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with internal and external business partners to ensure ongoing relationships; Vero market and brand perception is developed and maintained; and effective claims outcomes are achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes and participate in their testing, in order to contribute to the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Claims Practice
- Within your role ensure that risks are managed on a day-to-day basis by adhering to all VNZ processes and procedures and act in a way that supports and champions a risk culture within VNZ.
What you will need to succeed:
- 5 Years claims management and resolution experience including high level of customer interaction competency to finding sensible solutions to progress claims quickly and effectively
- Strong customer service and conversation capabilities
- Strong active listening, critical thinking and negotiation skills
