We’re seeking a Technical Analyst to work with our Claims and Correspondence Platform team, where you’ll work closely with technology and business stakeholders to deliver key priorities aligned to the I&ET and T&O strategy. You’ll act as a digital subject matter expert, championing a great customer experience and ensuring business needs are clearly translated into actionable requirements for delivery teams. In addition, you'll play a central role in supporting collaboration across teams and providing training and guidance within your area of expertise.
What you'll do
- Champion digital experience by analysing and validating process, policy, and system changes with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate product vision into clear requirements and support customer operations through delivery
- Build strong relationships with tech teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth solution delivery
- Partner with corporate functions to stay aligned with business strategies and share best practices
- Engage with stakeholders across the customer journey to strengthen collaboration
- Guide UAT, support solution development, and manage post-implementation changes
What you'll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in a comparable role in technology
- Advanced understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies
- Previous experience working with software development teams
- Experience in design & implementation for digital platforms and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling and associated tools
- System Support experience as well as AWS (Kibana or similar) and XPath
