We are looking for Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join Suncorp's New Contact Centre in Townsville as a SUN & GIO Specialist.
The Start Date for these roles will be Wednesday 16th & 23rd July 2025. We will be hosting Engagement Centers at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville on Tuesday 17th & Wednesday 18th June 2025.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a SUN & GIO Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Offering tailored solutions to help customers with their insurance needs
- Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently
Shift Patterns:
This role is a Permanent Full-Time Role offering 37.5 hours per week
- Option 1: Monday – Friday, Start window between 8:00am & 10:00am
- Option 2: Monday – Friday, Start window between 10:00am & 11:00am
Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.

Training Period
Our success is driven by investing in employee growth through comprehensive training programs that equip our team with the skills and knowledge to excel. Our 7-week full-time paid training program will be held at our Townsville office, ensuring you’re fully prepared for your new role.
Please Note: To start, you’ll work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once completed, you’ll transition to our flexible hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office days
Home Office Setup Requirements
As a hybrid role, you’ll be working both from our office and your home. You’ll be provided with a Suncorp laptop, but you’ll need to ensure you have:
- A reliable internet connection
- An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
- A private workspace
