About the Role:
You’ll join the fast-paced Customer Campaigns and Engagement team, where you will be responsible for planning and delivering clear, accurate and compelling communications that land with impact. With a focus on policy and legislation changes, product updates and customer lifecycle activity across multiple brands and channels you’ll need to be comfortable with overlapping projects, evolving briefs, and thrive under tight deadlines.
This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customers and who wants to be part of a high performing and motivated team.
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ proven experience in communications, corporate affairs or media
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Background in the financial services industry desired
