Partner Performance Support Officer - Secondment Opportunity

About the Role:

We’re inviting expressions of interest for a 6-month secondment opportunity within the personal injury Partner Performance team, with the potential for an ongoing permanent role.

The team manages the contracts and monitors the performance of personal injury claims providers nationally. You can be at the forefront of managing and optimising the performance of our leading-edge panels of rehabilitation and medico-legal providers, as well as specialist suppliers like medEbridge

This role is a great fit for someone looking to expand their skills in performance data analysis, supplier management and stakeholder engagement within a regulated insurance setting that helps those injured at workers and on the roads to receive treatment and recover.

As a key member of our team, you'll support Partner Performance Specialists in building reporting tasks, governance, contract compliance, data analysis, and stakeholder management. It’s an ideal opportunity to join a specialised function that combines personal injury claims with supplier management. You will be able to build relationships internally and with key external providers to help customers, our people, and the business.

Suncorp’s Partner Performance team services CTP and Workers’ Insurance products across eight schemes under brands including Suncorp, AAMI, GIO and Vero. As Australia’s largest private statutory insurer, we aim to lead across all personal injury schemes nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Partner Performance Specialist with reporting, governance, contract compliance, data analysis and day-to-day stakeholder management.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders – primarily Injury Management Specialists and Technical Advisors with the CTP and Worker Compensations claims teams – and communicate with external suppliers.

  • Coordinate the gathering of monthly performance reporting data from contracted suppliers and prepare performance packs for quarterly performance meetings with suppliers.

  • Support the process of contract renewal and ongoing compliance, including completing risk documentation and auditing suppliers for compliance with contracted rates and conditions.

  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive team environment while managing data quality and escalating risks when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Strong Excel skills for performance analysis.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

  • Curious, improvement-focused mindset.

  • Sound governance and stakeholder management.

  • Insurance industry knowledge is a plus.
