Looking for your next career move at Suncorp? This is a growth opportunity for a current Suncorp Business Analyst to step up into a senior role within the Motor Tribe – Digi Sales. 

This is a unique opportunity to enhance your digital knowledge within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Working closely with experienced professionals you gain exposure to end-to-end delivery within the ecommerce lifecycle of our digital platforms. 

To succeed in this role, you will have strong all-round BA skills (minimum 5 years’), and some knowledge of digital (UX, web, mobile, ecommerce etc) will be an advantage. 

What you'll do 

• Lead analysis and discovery for new and existing initiatives, identifying opportunities and shaping delivery approaches. 

• Translate business needs into actionable work items, including writing and refining Jira stories with clear acceptance criteria. 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team sessions such as stand-ups, retros, backlog grooming, and elaboration workshops. 

• Manage and maintain the team backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment with delivery goals. 

• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support smooth delivery through proactive communication and issue resolution. 

• Support release planning and execution, including testing and post-release verification where required. 

• Run stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, explore ideas, and align on solutions. 

• Create and maintain documentation and artefacts such as process flows, story maps, and team procedures. 

• Provide onboarding support and knowledge sharing for new team members. 

• Monitor shared team channels and triage incoming requests to ensure timely responses and clean workflows. 

What you'll bring 

• 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role 

• Knowledge of the Suncorp business with strong evidence of stakeholder collaboration and engagement 

• Familiarity with UX principles or collaboration with design teams (desired) 

• Experience using Jira/Confluence for documenting, planning and tracking requirements.  

• Minimum 3 years’ Agile, Lean and waterfall experience including knowledge of Agile practices, workshops, and Agile ceremonies facilitation 

• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills including experience in dealing with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally.  

• Highly-motivated with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines, while also working autonomously.
