We’re seeking a skilled and driven Reporting & Analytics Advisor to join our People Data Reporting & Analytics team as part of a major organisation-wide transformation project. This newly created role will be instrumental in the successful delivery of a new reporting environment within Oracle HCM.
To thrive in this role, you must bring hands-on experience with Oracle Reporting tools, specifically OTBI and FDI. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, write lean specifications, and build effective reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage across the business are essential.
While the core focus is on project delivery, experience in HR reporting is highly regarded, as you’ll also support the team with BAU reporting needs.
What you’ll do:
· Write Lean Specifications to support the build of HCM reporting
· Build HCM reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
· Support the team in delivering operational and project related reporting and analytics that transform, optimise, deliver and support group wide workforce reporting, analytics and insights
· Present findings and recommendations to all management levels as required
· Contribute to the Data Maturity Program by ensuring that Data Governance protocols are adhered to for the collections, storage and transmission of People Reports and Data.
· Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and deliver on their people data needs from standard reporting, workforce planning support, proactive analytics and recommendations
What you’ll Bring:
· 2+ years ORACLE experience, specifically in Reporting (OTBI) and Analytics (FDI)
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Human resources or related field
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to translate and present data in a concise and meaningful way to collaborators
