As a Business Design Advisor, you will help shape the future of our organisation by enhancing and transforming business processes to drive strategic outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to embed business design thinking, apply systems and critical thinking, and harness emerging technologies - like AI and automation - to build a more agile, efficient, and customer-centric future.

What you'll do
- Apply systems thinking to analyse current-state processes and design future-state models aligned with strategic goals
- Use structured techniques to map business capabilities, processes, roles, and data
- Contribute to the development of roadmaps and maturity assessments, ensuring alignment with strategy, standards, and financial goals
- Champion business design principles in decision-making forums and cross-functional initiatives
- Contribute to the co-design of target-state processes and change initiatives using consistent design practices
- Support business case development and ensure strategic alignment of projects
- Build stakeholder capability in analysis and process design, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What you'll bring
- Proven experience (3+ years’) in continuous improvement, process transformation, and data-driven analysis
- Strong critical thinking and systems thinking capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Business Architecture frameworks and tools (e.g. capability mapping)
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or working towards one)
- Lean/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- Business analysis or project management credentials (desired)
