We’re looking for a forward-thinking Partnering, Governance & Capability Manager to lead our analytics partner strategy, optimise performance, and shape the future capability of our data-driven teams. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic outcomes across multiple business units, build strong partnerships, and elevate the Consumer Insurance analytics workforce.
What You’ll Do
As the Partnering, Governance & Capability Manager, you’ll:
- Lead the strategy for partner selection, contract adherence, spend optimisation, and risk/opportunity assessments
- Build and maintain high-performing partnerships with global analytics providers; lead onboarding, engagement, and governance processes
- Manage cost centre governance and ensure value-aligned initiatives deliver business impact
- Define and implement a structured framework for skills development, training programs, and capability uplift across the CAPPI team
- Connect teams across DRA, Finance, People & Culture, and our external partners to deliver seamless, strategic outcomes
- Model inclusive leadership, promote wellbeing, and drive flexible, performance-driven team behaviours
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of strategic vision, relationship-building, and capability uplift. You will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management
- 3+ years’ people management and coaching/development experience
- Expertise in partnering or vendor management within analytics or data-rich environments
- Strong knowledge of capability programs and workforce development
- Experience in strategy planning, contract governance, and business performance tracking
- Exposure to analytics or performance insights functions (highly desirable)
