What you’ll do
As the MCC Digital Strategy Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the digital strategy for Motor Claims. You’ll lead the prioritisation of digital initiatives, drive customer adoption of digital tools, and ensure alignment with enterprise-wide frameworks. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency across the claims lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include
- Defining and maintaining the digital vision and roadmap for Motor Claims
- Driving customer adoption, utility, and satisfaction (NPS) of digital assets (MAC and MCM)
- Leading data-driven prioritisation of digital initiatives and investment planning
- Collaborating with CX, Consumer Transformation, marketing, and operational teams to enhance digital engagement
- Monitoring digital performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Supporting change management and communication efforts across Motor Claims
- Building strong cross-functional relationships across Suncorp Group and external partners
What you’ll bring
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation and customer experience. You bring a strong understanding of digital technologies and a proven ability to lead change and influence stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Strategy, Business, or a related field (desired)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance claims or financial services, with at least 3 years in strategy development and execution
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven ability to drive digital adoption and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- A customer-centric mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
