As our Remediation Data Lead, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our data supports fair, transparent, and accurate customer remediation across our Insurance business.

You’ll lead a team of data specialists to build accurate, accessible datasets, enhance remediation frameworks, and drive governance uplift, all while shaping the future of how data powers our operational decisions.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data initiatives supporting Insurance Customer Remediation.
• Build strong relationships across Claims and Policy teams to identify, manage and uplift data provision processes.
• Drive the development of fit-for-purpose reporting and benefits tracking tools for remediation programs.
• Represent the remediation team in enterprise-wide data governance forums, ensuring quality and compliance standards are upheld.
• Mentor and uplift the capability of your team and wider stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and insight-driven working environment.
• Act as a thought leader, providing strategic insight and advocacy for remediation data innovation.

What you’ll bring

• Strong leadership experience in data, analytics or reporting roles, ideally within Financial Services or Insurance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence across a wide organisational landscape.
• Solid understanding of insurance operations, claims, policy systems and related data structures.
• A data-first mindset with expertise in reporting tools and data governance practices.
• Proven experience coaching teams, managing complex programs of work, and driving uplift initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint/Word skills; experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra) desirable.
• A degree in Data Analytics, Data Science or similar (preferred).
