Join Suncorp’s Consumer Insurance division and take ownership of our Customer Communications Portfolio. As Product Owner, you’ll guide a cross-functional squad to deliver digital solutions and exceptional customer experiences that align with our strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and prioritise a dedicated delivery squad to achieve key business outcomes
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, from business requirements to implementation and testing (UAT/PVT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions that meet customer, regulatory, and risk needs
• Represent Consumer Insurance in technology enhancements and incident prioritisation
• Monitor and manage risks, issues, and blockers while driving continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in insurance or financial services
• 1+ year in project or product delivery roles, with exposure to senior stakeholders
• Strong technical literacy and ability to shape technology solutions
• Advanced commercial and data literacy, with strong analytical skills
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Product Owner or relevant certification (desirable)
