At Suncorp, we’re putting our people and customers at the centre of everything we do. As our Integration & Engagement Lead in Consumer Tribe, you’ll support the delivery of meaningful change across our Consumer Insurance business – Home Claims, Motor Claims, Customer Service and more.
Working closely with the Enablement Manager and senior stakeholders, you’ll be the cornerstone connecting change, communications, engagement, and capability uplift, ensuring transformation initiatives are delivered seamlessly and with impact.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted advisor and integration lead for initiatives delivered by Consumer and also support group-wide change initiatives impacting the Consumer area
- Oversee the Consumer Transformation Change Heatmap to strategically and collaboratively sequence delivery of initiatives across areas of Consumer Insurance.
- Govern and continuously enhance change frameworks within the Consumer Tribe to enable effective and impactful delivery of initiatives
- Facilitate and deliver key engagement events (e.g. Quarterly Tribe Events, CPPP Teleconferences, Leader Conferences)
- Drive strategic communications on behalf of the EGM CPPP and HO Consumer Transformation
- Increase change and communication capability across teams through training, coaching, and enablement
- Contribute to building a high-performing, engaged, and resilient culture across the Consumer Tribe
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering change management and communication in large, complex environments
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and build partnerships across all levels, including senior leadership
- Strong background in consumer insurance, claims, or financial services (preferred)
- A confident communicator and writer – skilled at creating concise, tailored messaging for various audiences
- Demonstrated capability in running large-scale engagement events and programs
- Creative mindset with proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, video editing and digital content design
- Formal qualifications in communications, change, business or PR (desirable)
