We’re on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Business Value Lead to join our Consumer Tribe within Suncorp’s Consumer Insurance division. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the way success is defined, measured, and delivered across our transformation initiatives, ensuring real value for customers, stakeholders, and the business.

What You’ll Do

As our Business Value Lead, you’ll collaborate with Transformation, Finance, DRA, and business leaders to:

• Build and track robust financial and non-financial benefit cases
• Support in defining and maintaining operational, customer, and regulatory success measures for our initiatives
• Influence strategic decisions with data-driven insights and clear reporting
• Lead benefits tracking processes across major initiatives
• Support leadership updates and key planning forums (QPS, QPE, BRP, QBR)
• Promote a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Business (preferred)
• Strong financial acumen, ideally in Insurance or Financial Services – understanding NIC, OPEX, GWP, and regulatory metrics,
• Proven capability in stakeholder engagement, influencing, and benefit realisation
• Advanced analytical and data literacy with a passion for performance insights
• Excellent time management and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
