The Service Delivery Specialist - Pricing and Insights, ensures consistent, efficient delivery of IT and business services in line with SLAs and operational standards. They facilitate service management processes, monitor operations, analyse performance metrics, and act as the key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams. The role involves managing escalations, reporting on service performance, supporting continuous improvement, and identifying process enhancements. They also oversee proactive software maintenance, ensuring timely updates and remediation of security vulnerabilities to maintain compliance and service reliability.

This role requires participation in the on-call support roster.

What you'll do

• Support minor enhancements and system changes to maintain operational efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations and critical incident support outside regular hours
• Coordinate with service providers and ops teams for consistent delivery
• Assist in incident, problem, change, request, and security processes
• Facilitate communication across ops, IT, and business stakeholders
• Help coordinate cybersecurity tasks like patching, access, and vulnerabilities

What you'll bring 

• 2+ years of Service Delivery (operations and run) including 5+ years in technology
• Experienced managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Proficient in managing Service Provider relationships
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service lifecycle management
• Skilled in Kubernetes/OpenShift, Dynatrace, Splunk, and tools like ServiceNow or Jira for platform management and monitoring
