The Role
The Executive Manager, Delivery Enablement Practise is accountable for developing Suncorp’s capability and capacity across SNZ’s momentum model so that Suncorp maximises delivery flow to facilitate execution of “Value Stream” commitments.
The role works alongside Tribe Leadership to ensure Practices and Chapters have the right capability and capacity to meet strategic objectives and deliver customer outcomes whilst remaining within the allocated budget.
Finally, this role will work with leadership across technology domains to develop strategies and plans for continuous improvement.
This is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Support and mentor an organisation of deep technical experts where knowledge is shared freely
- Work with Tribe Leads and Product Owners to oversee allocation of Chapter members
- Identify expertise and resource gaps and training or hiring the talent needed
- Establish guardrails and regularly reviewing them to inform “how” processes work and are leveraged within the Practice
- Responsible for overseeing, providing feedback, and developing Chapter Leads to help them improve their domain knowledge and better serve the Chapters they support
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary Qualification in Business and/or Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive program delivery and change experience
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving capability uplift
- Strong operational knowledge of the business
