About the role

We’re seeking internal talent to join our newly formed team in a senior capacity. As a Customer Management Senior Specialist, you’ll support the proactive management of motor claims by coaching consultants to deliver consistent, empathetic service and early interventions that prevent complaints. You’ll collaborate with leaders to embed coaching frameworks, review claim interactions, and take an active role in resolving complex customer issues. This role is central to our uplift in service quality and team performance.

What you'll do

  • Coach consultants to deliver proactive, customer-focused service.
  • Facilitate focused coaching sessions that reinforce customer advocacy and continuous improvement.
  • Review claim interactions and identify opportunities for uplift.
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed coaching frameworks and drive consistency.
  • Support resolution of complex customer issues to prevent escalation.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and assist others in achieving team goals.

What you'll bring 

  • Experience in customer service with strong coaching and mentoring capability.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in using systems and reporting tools to monitor performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and support team development.
  • Knowledge of motor claims processes and the customer journey.
