About the role

We’re inviting expressions of interest for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of our exciting and fast-growing Spirit to Cure program. Due to the unique nature of this role, we’re starting the conversation early, building a talent pool and connecting with potential candidates to ensure we find the right fit for 2026.

As Program Manager, you’ll guide the end-to-end delivery of Spirit to Cure and associated events, working closely with internal teams, volunteers, sponsors, and our charity partner, Tour de Cure. You’ll be central to shaping the participant experience, driving fundraising outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and execution of Spirit to Cure and related events
  • Coordinate volunteer committees and internal stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and risk profiles across the program
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and charity partners
  • Develop and implement communications and sponsorship strategies
  • Support the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee with program oversight

What you'll bring 

  • Experience in project and event management, ideally in large-scale or fundraising contexts
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Confidence in managing budgets, timelines, and risk
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for purpose-led work
  • Ability to lead through influence and bring diverse teams together
