Business Process Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to partner with business teams and delivery squads in identifying automation opportunities and driving process improvements, from concept to production.

This role will be responsible for documenting and analysing current processes, designing end-to-end automation solutions, and managing delivery from discovery through to implementation. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring and coaching other Business Process Analysts within the squad, helping to build capability and ensure sustainable automation practices.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end automation projects, from discovery through to implementation
• Coach Business Analysts and coordinate analysis activities
• Gather and document requirements, producing high-quality process maps and documentation
• Analyse data to identify issues, opportunities, and solutions
• Assess risks in new or updated systems/processes and recommend controls
• Manage stakeholders and SMEs to ensure successful solution delivery
• Develop and present findings, recommendations, and options
• Provide data analysis to support business case development
• Contribute to change management initiatives

What you’ll bring

• Qualification in Business Technology or Business Analysis is highly regarded
• Experience in facilitating and leading discovery to assess improvement or automation opportunity
• Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end
• Background in delivery of automation or technology enabled business solutions 
• Proven demonstrated strength in delivering outcomes on time
• Exposure to Process and Decision Automation
