As Enterprise Risk & Culture Manager, you’ll shape Suncorp’s risk culture strategy, lead enterprise risk governance, and deliver insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels. You’ll work across teams to embed frameworks that support a strong, values-aligned risk culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of Suncorp’s risk culture strategy, frameworks, and measurement tools to drive cultural alignment across the Group
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to embed risk culture, behaviours, and processes
  • Deliver strategic oversight of enterprise risk practices
  • Design and deliver high-quality reporting for executive and board-level stakeholders, including CRO reports and risk scorecards
  • Maintain and enhance the Oversight Standard, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and best practice

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in risk management and assurance, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks and cultural transformation
  • Skilled in synthesising complex data into actionable insights, with strong written communication for executive audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks and reporting tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance risk and opportunity
  • Objectively analyse information, situations, or problems in order to form a reasoned judgment or make a sound decision. This includes being able to question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and consider alternative perspectives before reaching conclusions
