About the Role
As the Data & Analytics Enablement Manager, you’ll lead the enablement of analytics capabilities across C&PI, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, platforms, and insights to make informed decisions. This role blends strategic vision, operational excellence, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with C&PI business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
- Lead reporting automation and simplification, enabling self-service analytics and reducing reliance on technical teams.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across platforms.
- Build and lead a high-performing data enablement team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and performance uplift.
- Represent C&PI in enterprise-wide data governance projects and cross-functional collaborations.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in data management, analytics, or performance insights, with 5+ years in people leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of data strategy, architecture, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Python, and a strong grasp of ETL processes.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale data and platform initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management capabilities.
