About the role

The Service Delivery Manager leads a Service Delivery team and is accountable for the full lifecycle of IT service delivery, including the initiation, transition and ongoing maintenance of the assets and platforms.  Along with the overall operational delivery and performance of a group of services and/or platforms, to meet business/user needs. This position is responsible for supporting both project initiatives and business-as-usual (BAU) activities to facilitate the successful transition of all projects into BAU.

What You'll Do

  • Support budgeting, cost management, and partner invoice administration
  • Lead the operational delivery of services across digital, claims, pricing, data, and customer engagement platforms
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure service excellence
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and security management processes
  • Drive service transition from project to BAU, ensuring readiness and sustainability
  • Monitor performance metrics and user satisfaction, implementing improvement plans
  • Ensure cybersecurity practices are coordinated and effective across platforms
  • Being available on an on-call basis based on a roster and/or supporting critical incidents after hours

What You'll Bring 

  • Experience in IT service delivery and operations (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all levels, including C-suite
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, PMBOK, and service management tools like ServiceNow
  • Technical understanding of infrastructure and customer-facing applications
  • Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • ServiceNow, ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
