We are hiring Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to play a key role as Sun & Gio Specialists.
Start Date: Wednesday, 5th November 2025
Engagement Centres: Wednesday, 8th October & Thursday, 9th October 2025 at our Contact Centre Hub in Townsville
Shift Pattern:
This role is a Full-Time Role offering:
- Option 1: 37.5 hours per week – Monday - Friday Start window 10:00am -11:00am
Please note: ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sun & Gio Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across Australia. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers
- Offering tailored solutions to help customers with their insurance needs
- Meeting and exceeding sales and service targets with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Resolving customer concerns quickly and efficiently

Training Period
- Our success starts with investing in your growth. You’ll complete a 7-week, full-time, paid training program held at our Townsville office — equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role.
- Please note: You’ll be required to work full-time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you’ll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.
Home Office Setup Requirements
As this is a hybrid role, you’ll work from both the office and home. Suncorp will provide you with a laptop, but you’ll need to have:
- A reliable internet connection
- An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
