We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to take the lead in managing our key relationship with ANZ Bank on a secondment until October 2026. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of our channel performance, deepen strategic alignment, and unlock commercial growth opportunities.
You’ll be at the heart of the action—working across multiple business units including Customer Experience, Product, Portfolio, Distribution Engagement, Claims, Finance, and Technology—to ensure we not only meet but exceed our contractual obligations and partnership goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the ANZ Bank relationship, acting as the key point of contact and trusted advisor
- Driving sales performance and identifying new commercial opportunities within the channel
- Championing collaboration across internal teams to deliver seamless execution and strategic alignment
- Ensuring contractual obligations are not just met—but delivered with excellence
- Providing exceptional service and top-tier account management that strengthens trust and drives long-term success
What you'll need to succeed:
To shine in this role, you will have a track record of success as a seasoned senior business professional and talented relationship manager. You’ll be working with a team of insurance professionals from all disciplines and seniorities.
Ability to demonstrate strong collaborative and negotiation skills that can influence and manage stakeholder’s interests is a key. Preferably, you will have a prior experience within a major insurance company, financial services group or a large insurance broker.
A sound understanding of business development, including marketing principles is essential as is knowledge of the broker landscape. You will be able to develop, monitor and achieve complex commercial business plans/strategies with supporting budgets.
We are looking for a high standard of commercial acumen including the ability to present to large audiences both internally and to external business associations and industry bodies.
