As a Specialty Motor Portfolio Leader, you’ll shape the future of Shannons’ motor insurance portfolio by driving strategy, performance, and innovation. You’ll work across brands and channels to deliver impactful solutions that balance customer needs, profitability, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver portfolio strategy through tactical initiatives that maximise business outcomes across Shannons Motor and Group Motorcycle products
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, analysing performance drivers to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives and ensure regulatory compliance
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities for growth
• Optimise underwriting practices to balance risk exposure and profitability
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to enhance team productivity and outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in insurance, with deep knowledge of underwriting, pricing and portfolio management
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to make balanced decisions in complex environments
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support business planning
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
• Project delivery capability, with experience managing initiatives from planning to execution
• Commercial acumen and understanding of consumer products, market dynamics, and customer segments
