We’re looking for a Policy Operations Consultant to join our highly engaged team. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers, through timely, accurate and efficient processing of all predominantly non-customer facing tasks within the Service Centre.

This is a hybrid role – you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and the office on designated days.

What you’ll do

  • Process policy transactions including new business, renewals, endorsements & cancellations.
  • Accurately manage policy & client changes across multiple channels (email, phone, written, face-to-face).
  • Liaise with broker partners to resolve queries or transaction issues.
  • Support the team with training, audits, and other operational tasks as required.

What you’ll bring

  • Call centre work knowledge
  • Previous operational or administrative experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling escalated queries
  • Solid computer literacy including MS Word, Excel & database systems
  • Strong organisational & time management skills to deliver accurate, high-volume work
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
