As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll support agile delivery across Commercial and Personal Injury Insurance by configuring and maintaining a secure, high-performing Salesforce platform. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve usability, drive automation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Configure and maintain user access, roles, and permissions to ensure secure platform operations
• Resolve support tickets and troubleshoot issues to maintain business continuity and user satisfaction
• Design and implement automated workflows that improve operational efficiency and service outcomes
• Collaborate with squads and stakeholders to align Salesforce features with evolving business needs
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration and governance uplift within the Salesforce Centre of Excellence
• Deliver training and create documentation to promote platform adoption and capability uplift

What You’ll Bring

• Salesforce Administrator Certification and 2+ years of hands-on admin experience
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and data integrity
• Experience working in Agile environments and understanding of secure deployment practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Data Loader, and third-party apps (e.g., FormAssembly, DocuSign)
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
